We have two levels of service. Basic Service is recommended for those who are familiar with photo enhancement software from companies such as Adobe and Corel. Otherwise, we recommend the Enhanced Service, which will allow you to immediately use or share your scans.

The works of North Carolina pastelist Toni Lindahl have appeared in exhibitions across the USA and have been featured in international arts magazines. Ms. Lindahl contracted with PhotoFresh USA to scan her portfolio for her website. The scans were made from 35 mm slides. We encourage you to view her works by clicking here (opens a new window).
Pricing
All our services are subject to North Carolina Sales Tax. Ask about our volume discount for collections of 500 or more images! There is a minimum scanning charge of $20.00.
Disk Pricing:
► First set of CD or DVD disks: Free
► Additional copies: $2.00 per disk
Prices reflect scanning your photos in a JPEG format. You can take the disks to your favorite photo-processor if you would like prints made. JPEG is an industry-recognized format that you can view on any PC or Apple computer.
For those interested, the lossless TIFF format is available at no extra charge.

A Few Notes on Photo Correction
The passage of time can have a damaging effect on all of your originals as colors can fade and deteriorate. This damage can affect slides, negatives or prints. Our Enhanced Service includes dust removal and electronic image enhancement, including color balance correction and adjustment for minor under- and over-exposure problems. We can't promise miracles—there's not much we can do about out-of-focus pictures, for example—but our goal is to maximize your enjoyment of your scanned photographs. It is our policy to not charge you for scans of photos that are beyond correction.
Getting your pictures to us
We offer free pick-up and delivery of your pictures in the following North Carolina counties: Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Guilford, Stokes and Yadkin. This service is only available on orders over $100.

Send your items using your favorite shipper. Please print and complete the top half of our customer service agreement and include it with your shipment. We will contact you with an estimate of the total project cost for your approval before we begin scanning your images. Return shipping is included on orders over $100.
