Your photographs, negatives and prints are your personal property, and you retain all copyrights. PhotoFresh USA will never share or post any of your images in any form. No persons not associated with PhotoFresh USA will ever have access to view or copy any of your images.
At the completion of your order all originals will be returned to you. 60 days after the completion of your order we will delete all of your images from our computers. This waiting period allows us to produce replacement or duplicate copies of your disks without rescanning.
It is our policy to never share any of your personal information with any other party. We have no plans to change this policy in the future.
